Our state-of-the-art sensors allow operators to collect asset intelligence over injurious features where incumbent technologies cannot collect data, such as dents, welds, and pinhole features. With our ultra-high sub-mm resolution capabilities, operators gain a higher probability-of-detection and greater detail and certainty on existing injurious features, all while allowing for detection of pinhole sized leaks and features.
We not only introduce a new level of data resolution to the industry, but a new perspective on viewing injurious pipeline aberrations. Our data analysis brings intuitive 3D reconstructions of the interior of a pipeline to operators, including sub-mm viewing of dents, welds, pinhole leaks, and cracks, as if you were inside the pipeline.
Works with incumbent technology
Our technology can work as a stand-alone caliper and integrity mapping tool, or can work in combination with incumbent magnetic flux leakage or ultrasonic tools. When used in combination with incumbent technologies, our ultra-high resolution provides verification and a calibration capability for internal defects without the need of verification digs from pipeline operators.
